What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay with ease using various options like major Debit and Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay – whatever suits your fancy!

How do I give product feedback to Crap Sack?

We always love to get your feedback! You can send your feedback directly to us by using the contact form and we will pass on to our designers and developers.

Where is my order?

Once your order has left the warehouse, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to you.  all orders are shipped using Royal Mail within the UK.  For international orders, Royal Mail will handle the UK leg of the shipping, and a local courier will fulfil the delivery once in your territory.  You can track UK orders here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. For International tracking enquiries please use our contact form.  Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be picked, packed & shipped.

Sorry - we do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery times vary, please be patient and allow time for your order to arrive before getting in touch.  

If you experience any issues with your order, such as non-delivery or damage, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with a replacement or refund.  Please use the customer contact form and include our order reference and surname please.

Shipping Information

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

UK Orders - All UK mainland orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING.  Please ensure you enter your details accurately.  CrapSack cannot be held responsible for shipping errors arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

International Shipping - yes we ship worldwide!  Your shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout once you have entered your details.  Please note CrapSack do not profit from shipping costs, we charge the customer at cost.  

Processing Time - CrapSack aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of order placement.  If your order is delayed we will endeavour to inform you of its estimated arrival.

Customs & Duties - For orders sent to non-UK destinations, CrapSack will not be responsible for any & all extra charges, duties, taxes or any other levies imposed by the receivers local territory.  All CrapSack orders are labeled with accurate contents & value.  In the vast majority of shipments, no further taxes, duties or charges are applicable.

Return to Sender and Reshipping - In the event of an order being returned to us due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, we will contact you for corrected details.  The customer may be liable for reshipping costs.
